The item was only partially assembled with several screws loos in the box. The rack was broken in two places but the packaging was intact, indicating that a damaged product was intentionally boxed and shipped, and not damaged in shipping.The rack, once all of the screws were installed and tightened, is asymmetrical and looks like it is leaning over to one side.

I love the height and width most about this product. It's not too big, but holds 10 bottles of wine! It looks exactly like the picture and I appreicate the craftsmanship!
