Last minute Christmas gift, ordered a week before and arrived on time, in like 3 days and no shipping costs for me! Wow! It was the same price as a small cheap wine cabinet I almost bought from a discount superstore. So amazing! Also I must say it was packaged very well, no damage at all and the directions were EZ like no words, just pictures! Went togeather in a snap, all fit togeather perfectly! I was very much impressed in the quality of the wood, very solid, made in the good old USA too! My wife loves it. I would definatly buy again! Thanks so much Hayneedle!

I ordered this for my daughter and son in law for their anniversary. It arrived on the day of their anniversary, we were looking forward to putting it together, filling it with wine and delivering it to them. It arrived as if it had been through a war. The packing of it was hard to believe. Ends were barely taped, the wood pieces were not even buffered with packing material thus they banged against each other the entire shipping trip. It arrived practically opened, every piece of wood was broken, chipped, worn on the edges. Wow how disappointing. When I called customer service they acted as if it was no big deal, almost as if it happened all the time. They didn't offer to have me reorder and they would ensure it would arrive safely and without damage. Simply said send it back. I will find it from another vendor. Had they gone out of their way to try and make it right I would have reordered. Lost a customer.

Very quick delivery time, item was easy to assemble but you need to dust every piece before assembly. Only negative comment is that the wine glass holder doesn't hold my wide glasses and the wine bottle area could be a little better constructed. Other than that, excellent Wine Tower for the price!

Most of the parts are easy to assemble except when you try to put together the top portion with the bottom portion. That was not a very well thought design...only on that part. Rest of the parts were pretty easy.
We liked this wine tower very much, it is very sleek, so does not take much space. I just bought this item....so can not talk about its' durability yet.
